Here’s how SILVRA handles your information.

Launch updates

When you choose to join our list, we save your email address, the time of signup, and your consent to receive SILVRA launch news. The list is stored privately with Cloudflare. Signing up doesn’t place an order.

To leave the list or request deletion, email help@silvra.co from the address you used to sign up. Email campaigns aren’t connected yet; we’re currently collecting launch signups.

Your bag

Your selections are saved in this browser’s local storage so you can return to them on this device. Clear site data in your browser settings to remove them. When you choose checkout, your selected items are sent to Shopify to create your checkout.

Site services

Cloudflare hosts this site and processes connection information to deliver pages and protect the signup form. We use an IP-based limit to reduce repeated signup attempts; IP addresses are not saved in the subscriber table. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the network request needed to serve them.

If you email us, the information you include is used to respond to your request. Send privacy questions or data requests to help@silvra.co.

Checkout and fulfillment

Shopify hosts checkout and processes your order and payment information. We use your name, contact details, delivery address, and order details to process purchases and provide support. Order and delivery details are shared with TeemDrop and delivery services to fulfill your order. Your full payment card details are not stored by this SILVRA storefront.
